1.   Where is your store located and what are your store hour?

We are located at G-2 Sagar Fortune, 184 Waterfield Road, Bandra West, Mumbai, 400050. Our store hours are Monday through Saturday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

2.   What are your shipping rates and delivery timelines? 

We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders. We aim to ship all orders within 10 business days. Processing times may be subject to customization requests and inventory availability. 

3.   Do you accept returns? 

We have a 7-day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, damages or in case you receive a wrong item. If your return is accepted we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Do your offer any post purchase services? 

We offer FREE repairs, resizing and jewelry preservation at any time for pieces purchased at Tisya. If a repair or resizing is not possible, or in case of other exceptions we will contact you regarding any incremental costs or replacements. 


5.   What payment methods do you accept?

Our payment options include credit cards, debit cards, Netbanking and UPI.

6.   Are taxes including in the listed price for online items?

Taxes are calculated at check-out: 3% GST on listed prices in INR. 


7.   Do you offer personalized gifts?

We have a range of fine jewelry gift options including jewelry ranging from birth/baby gifts to his & her gifts. Personalization options include engravings, monogramming, lettering. Contact us at for more information. 

8.   Do you have an option to purchase gift cards?

We offer the option to purchase digital gift cards ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹50,000. All gift cards are nonrefundable. 


9.   How do I trust the authenticity of my purchase?

With over 40 years of experience in the jewelry industry we fully understand concerns for authenticity. Keeping with our commitment to quality, we use the best quality diamonds and gemstones. All our pieces are handcrafted in Mumbai, India and accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity. We use natural mined diamonds and gemstones, and BIS stamped 18K hallmark gold for all our pieces. Additionally, all diamonds greater than 0.30 carats are independently graded by the GIA and a grading report is provided with your purchase. 


10.   How do I care for my jewelry after purchase?  

Whether you wear your jewelry pieces every day or save them for special occasions, you may notice that eventually your jewelry may start to lose its brilliance.
